Script Naming Convention - Player Motor, etc
Is there any general consensus on the "proper" names of scripts and what they should contain/do? I would like each script's function to be understandable to other developers.
For example, in an FPS game, a player needs to move, shoot, play animations, store stats such as HP, take damage, etc. I currently have movement, shooting and animations all in a Player_Motor.cs script, with another script just called HP.cs to store HP and handle damage. I'm terrible with names, for example stats could mean HP/MP/Level/etc or KDRatio/TotalPlayersKilled/etc; some help would be great!
For na$$anonymous$$g convention you have to consider particular language in which you are developing your game.
On other things, you have own authority for developments.
A good question. Currently I name my scritps SomethingScript but it seems to me stupid. $$anonymous$$aybe I should tread about scripts like my custom components? Or representation of a object?
