License server problem
Hello everyone, after several installation I received the following message, please let me know what to do.
Thanks in advance.
The same to me. When I use manual activation it store an *ulf file but loks later for an *alf file. I disabled the proxy on my site but still no Server contact possible. Thankfull for any help.
Got 3 $$anonymous$$ac's, 2 are stuck on "contacting license server", and 1 installed fine. Tried reinstalling, removing all known traces of Unity from disk, including Licenses and other Library folder entries. Can't get the other two working. Sit's there with "application not responding" flag on the launcher icon. Let it sit for hours and it doesn't do squat. This is using the Unity 5 installer download. Going to try .dmg direct download next.

Manual Activation is useless. Unless you want the Pro version.
