Having a nice progress bar when LoadLevelAdditiveSync still does not work?
Hello,
I am trying to load a scene additive and I want to display a progress bar (IOS). Unfortunately progress is 0 and jumps inmediately to 1 but there is still a huge lag when loading the level. I've seen similar questions like this but there were a few years older so I am wondering why this is problem still exists in the current version. Here is the code I am using:
IEnumerator LoadLevel(string lvl)
{
AsyncOperation async = Application.LoadLevelAdditiveAsync(lvl);
while(!async.isDone)
{
Debug.Log("progress:"+async.progress);
yield return null;
}
Debug.Log("done");
}
Is there anyway to simple load a level without having a huge lag on IOS?
