Google play services admob and facebook sdk together on android
Hi, i want to create a game with both admobs and facebook sdk for android. Ive been able to make them work alone using the official unity pluggins. But i dont know how unity will react to loading both plugins as they use the same manifest, same .project and a lot of other files with same name.
How can i prevent one plugin from overwriting the other files? And how should i create my manifest, just copy both plugins manifest contents to the same file should work? Thank you.
Please don't come here asking about problems that might not exist. Try run both in the same project and see what happens. Then if there is a problem we will help you fix it.
Sorry, but i wont find the answer anywhere and my guess is that this is a question to be asked for every new unity developer. How to add two plugins that will overwrite its files?

In my current project I have the following plugins:
Parse, Facebook, GameAnalytics, GoogleIAP, Chartboost
The only thing I needed to add was one permission from GoogleIAP to the manifest. Normally any plugin that requires to update the manifest will contain a file called Manifest.xml or AndroidManifest.xml in its directory static clearly which permissions needs to be added to android manifest. But many plugins use just common once like Internet etc.. so you don't need to edit manifest at all. The problem might arise when multiple plugins call Main or launcher action example here. If you claim your plugins work along fine, don't worry about manifest.

I end up having to manually edit the manifest (one overwrited another) to add the activities (the permissions end up beeing the same), to do so i copied the first manifest before adding the second plugin. $$anonymous$$anually add the google play services lib to my project, and the google play services version to my res/values folder (this was discussed in another question).
