Sound pause on audio loop?
I've looped some audio (its a 2D sound) and as it loops it has about a half second "hiccup" before looping, I've tried the sound as an MP3 and a WAV but it still has this "pause" and it doesn't on the actual file itself, any ideas on how to solve this would be great.
You sure there isn't a gap at the end or beginning of the file? That's the most likely cause.
Try pulling it into an audio program so you can see the whole waveform (many support looping, so highlight the entire waveform and hit the play that loops the selection.. depending on what you are using).
I have this same issue, I am sure there is no gap (using audacity) and looping it in audacity leaves no gap.

As I commented, I had this same issue. After looking it up, I found the issue is using an mp3. Unity has to convert it and causes a hiccup. Add the file to unity as a WAV and it will fix the issue.
