Any tips for creating grass on mesh(creating gardens) ?
Hi guys, i am creating a project, just a simple editor where you can easily create some gardens and houses roads and then switch to third person and walk around the scene ... I need to create a good quality grass on a place (meshes) that are specified by users. Any ideas ?

Depends on your needs. The Unity terrain system has an optimized method for drawing grass and vegetation, but there's no good way to use it "on" a mesh. It's possible to use Shuriken particle systems to render vegetation, though there are many shortco$$anonymous$$gs.
A quick google found this paid asset which looks promising, and I've seen others here and there in the past.
Your alternative involves coding your own system from the ground up (pun intended), which will almost certainly require some heavy optimization to work well. I put in some effort on this a few years back and got pretty far, but the project got tabled.
