I know there`s ways of using the Wii sensor and Wii remotes with a CPU, how you would implement it with code is beyond my current knowledge. You can use Bluetooth to help the computer recognize it. Once again, I don`t know how it`s done, but it can be done. Dolphin (the GameCube and Wii emulator) accomplishes this. I hope this helps.
Here`s a link to Dolphin, you might find something like it on google too. Dolphin-Emulator
