Missing uGui gameobjects

Question

I was watching http://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/modules/beginner/live-training-archive/2d-catch-game-pt2 but I don't have any of the ugui elements he uses like text, button etc, which are very neat compared to the GUIText I usually use. Can anyone tell me how to enable them? I have version 4.5.2f1

Use Unity v4.6.

I was under the impression the video was talking of an older beta, thanks a lot.
