Model License Question..

Firstly i apologize if this is not the right place to ask this question.. I just find this community responsive.. Can I use a model from the Turbosquid in my game, that is marked free as "Royalty Free License"? And what if i chose to release my game tomorrow commercially (May take a lifetime.. But still, thinking ahead) (I am going thru the FAQ at TurboSquid, but would love a One-line "To an Absolute Newbie" type of answer)
