Issues with Pixel Distortion
I'm having this issue, that is taking all of my textures. I'm creating a pixel-ish game, but my sprites keep being distorted on Unity. The compression is deactivated in most of them, and the filter is set to "None (Point)" for the best quality. The majority is also made in 32p by 32p. I need to achieve Pixel Perfection on the textures, and I can't find an answer for it anywhere else. Hope somebody can help me. Thanks in advance.
You also want to uncheck "Generate $$anonymous$$ip $$anonymous$$aps" if that doesn't help, try re-importing the assets, if that doesn't solve it, close the project, go to the folder where it's located, delete the entire "Library" folder and reopen the project and let Unity import everything again.
Also, check for Edit -> Project Settings -> Quality and make sure Texture Quality is se to Full Res, Anisotropic Textures to Disabled (or per texture in case you have some kind of anisotropic rotation on your sprites) and also try checking Anti Aliasing off (this shouldn't make almost any difference in a pixel art game)
I've already done everything, but nothing seem to work. I would appreciate any other sugestions. Thanks.
Use a Pixel Perfect camera script. there are multiple options available for free online. They ensure that all sprites pixels are drawn correctly without squashing.
$$anonymous$$y only issue with them is that they modify the camera's size. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks.
