Duplicated object and original behave differently
In the example Scene, I have an "Arm" made up of a few hinges. I am using the motors in the arm to control the movement. The original arm works as expected, but when I create a copy (using ctrl + D), its behavior is significantly different.
I don't have any scripts attached to anything in the scene.
If you duplicate the arm and don't move it, does it behave the same way? In other words, if they're sitting directly on top of one another. $$anonymous$$y first thought is that the duplicated arm is referencing some script or target from the original and that script might somehow be using some local transforms so that when you moved the duplicate arm, its a product of the original position. If you've already verified that the settings between both objects are identical, the next thing is to start looking very closely at your animator or your scripts I think.
