Javascript rounding off a decimal

Hello guys, I am working on a car game app for iPhone, we are simulating the driving conditions under BAC; so I m trying to keep the BAC value between 0.010 to 0.10; we are having an option to change the BAC value while playing/driving the car. please suggest some methods to roundOff, and have the boundary values as listed.
