Serialized scene information
Is there a design reason why unity does not have a way to load a scene as a serialized object (serialized scene)? My issue stems from trying to automate asset bundles and when it comes to scenes I need to determine the asset dependencies to add them to one bundle, but I need to load the scene completely to determine the contents in the scene. I thought the Scene Asset would have the scene data but its just a weak reference to the path.
So is there a way to get the scene information without having to load all of the scene?
