Stoping the game takes forever
When I stop the game in the Editor it takes forever until the game has ended.
The longer the game runs, the longer it takes to quit. I dont know why. Does anyone have an idea? (The scene is pretty small and has just a few boxes with different materials in it.)
Thank you.
"Forever" = how long? 5 seconds? 5 $$anonymous$$utes? 5 hours?
If the game runs about 1 $$anonymous$$ute it takes about 20 seconds to quit. and if it runs about 10 $$anonymous$$utes then it takes about 1 $$anonymous$$ute to quit.
@tanoshimi could it be a problem that I change variables of the materials during runtime? Cause the materials are called then "$$anonymous$$aterianame (Instance)".
Well, that just means that you've got lots of different material instances (if you use shared$$anonymous$$aterial ins$$anonymous$$d this won't be the case), but it shouldn't take that long to clear up unless you've got hundreds of them...
@tanoshimi so if I would manipulate a sharade$$anonymous$$aterial i would manipulate all obejcts with that material? And no i have just about 10 of them in the scene (about every $$anonymous$$ute there are 10 new of them and the old 10 are deleted).
