Scroll Rect in Web GL 5.4

I build a game which dynamically populates a scroll rect then you use mouse wheel to scroll thru the content . When I make a WebGL build of the game, the scroll rects populates but using the mouse does not allow me to scroll thru the content in my scroll rect.

Is anyone else seeing this?
