Does Unity support NVIDIA frame synchronizing technology?
The NVIDIA Quadro® G-Sync enables frame synchronization to enable multiple systems synchronize frame rendering across multiple displays, plus synchronize one or many systems to a common sync source.

They could probably, but they don't, at least not yet. Normally stuff like this takes a while to get into Unity basically because there isn't enough demand for this.
well you can always use Time.deltaTime to make everything run the same regardless of frame rate but i dont think this was the answer you were looking for
This isn't even relevant to the question. Time.deltaTime
gives the time between the completion of the previous frame and "this" frame. It has absolutely nothing to do with frame synchronization, G-Sync, NVIDIA, mult-display systems or in fact anything at all with rendering.
Please in the future only post relevant answers. If you don't understand the topic or don't have any knowledge in the area, don't try and guess. Leave it up to the people who are able to answer the question properly. If you have something to say, but it's not completely relevant to the question and/or doesn't answer it, you should post a comment :)

Unity 4.5.2 doesn't support this as enabling G-Sync crashes the standalone player if the highest settings are used.
