2D UI Button When Touched Image

Hi firstly i want to tell you i looked for the all questions and complate projects... and cant make it. Please someone can teach me how to do it. I want person touch to start button and StartGame(); function work my Play button image components here.

its not working im sure problem is not in the StartTheGame function because i define a bool as you can see Active in script and when the function work 1 line is make active = true but its never happens true
