Unity Browser game. ok on desktop, weird dark stripes on notebook

so the title basically says everything. If I play the game on a desktop pc, everything is as it should be. If I play it on a smaller screen like on a notebook, there are weird dark vertical stripes all over the game scene. Any idea whats the cause of this failure?
