Sun Shafts upside down

As the title says my sunshafts are upside down. When the shafts show on a tree for example it shows the bottom of the tree facing upwards. I have tried changing the script setting and looked everywhere as I normally do before asking a question but haven't found much. If anyone knows what might be causing this I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks.
