Are there any know submitting problems in the asset store?
Hi there,
I have a problem with a package I've uploaded on the assetstore. I havn't submitted any packages since one year, so I'm curious what up.
In the "good old days" when I submitted a package to the asset store I received an email that the package will be checked from the QA an so on.
I've uploaded a package to my account on 07-13-2014 but I didn't get the email as usual. After one week without any response I wrote an email to the asset store admin but also got no reply.
Yesterday I thought "ok, let's give it another try" and I reuploaded the package to my publisher account, but still, no email that it will be checked ect.
This issue is driving me pretty mad at the moment, since I'm sitting an a load of assets I decided to submit to the assets store.
Could please anyone clear up this situation?

Is this a new asset or an upgrade to an existing published asset? Did you get the confirmation message from within Unity saying that the upload had been successful?
It was a new asset. Yes, the message showed up in the window in the editor. The package is also in my account (pending area) since 14 days.

What makes me nervous is that it is rotting there since 14 days. In the past it never took that long and you always got your confirmation email from that asset store, so you knew everything went well.
ok, I think I really should give up this 17 day challenge to get an answer from Unity for my problem...I just don't get the point what's the reason to not reply to emails nor to answer here...I even wrote a message to you asset store account on facebook because of pure frustration about this issue.
But why??? I simply don't get why??? Why is it possible to get close support from Epic on their forums, even from the devs of UE4 itself and you feel like a being alone in the sahara if you need some help from Unity? Why was it so much different in 2012, I was always satisfied with you support until now?
Well like I said, I give up...I should sell my 3d models and animations at turbosquid or somewhere else...I paid a lot of money for my $$anonymous$$aya licence, so I can't afford to model just for fun.
In case if you want to keep a costumner you could always contact me, but to be honest, I don't think that will ever happen.
