Mono.Cairo On Android
Has anyone managed to compile an Android plugin for the Cairo 2D graphics library and made it work with Mono.Cairo in Unity?
I think this would be the best option for a project I'm working on, but getting it to build looks like a bit of a chore.
I'm hoping someone else has done it already.

No, we ended up changing to Xamarin for iOS and Android and using their C# wrappers for the built-in graphics calls.
