Need clarification in facebook app developer page

I just integrated fb sdk into my android game. And in my login code I have this one FB.Login("email,publish_actions", AuthCallback);

Currently, I can login to fb and post my high score. What confuses me is that on fb developer page, under the Status and Review Section, there are default approved login permission items, namely: email, public profile and user friends. Here you can add other items. but will undergo review before it be permitted.

Now one of the items is publish actions. Do I still need to submit a request for approval when it is already working? Or this section is only for apps in web and as such, this section has nothing to do with me?
