Where can I learn to make a tile system?
I want a simple tile system to make a map, and then place and destroy tiles. What do I need to learn / know?
We ask that design/discussion question be posted on Unity Forums. Unity Answers is designed to deal with single, specific technical questions. If you post over there, it would be helpful for you to provide far more details:
2D or 3D?
Rectangular or Hex?
Is the camera plane parallel with the tiles or at an angle?
What size tile array do you expect (large numbers of tiles require a different solution that a small number of tiles)?
Are there any special properties of the tiles, like being able to select a tile?
Note there are a large number of tile questions on Unity Answers. You might look through them to get concepts or figure out parameters of your map.

you need to think how to make one, grab a cuadriculated paper and use a cartesian plane to define your tile system, then a little of thinking and programming magic and that's it, you just made your first tile system
