Audio Listener on Camera, Not Attenuating
I'm a composer and sound designer so excuse my lack of technical understanding on this...
We have a 3rd person game with the listener attached to the camera, which can swivel around the character and move in and out. When I opened up the project to start setting up the rollofs for my emitters, I noticed that the listener on the attenuation graph shows the listener (camera) at around 100 meters away from the source (in this case, a sword being swung in the right hand of the player). This physically cannot be, as the camera is zoomed in on the player. When I zoom out, I see the distance from the source actually decrease on the graph, but only by 5 meters or so. I cannot zoom in on an object in the game and get the distance to be even close to zero. Any ideas?
