              Unidirectional slicing algorithm of a mesh
So I want to get some points out of a mesh or a stl model. I want to use an lagorithm that will get a "slice" of the mesh.
Here is an exanple : 
 
A slice will consist of multiple polygonal shapes or one line meshes or a list of points. Its my first expenrience with meshes. Hope you guys can help me ! :)
