Very slow performance when I use scalled quad on a mobile device.
I am working on a mobile 2D game. I am using a quad for the background. I also added dynamic offset script and lights for the quad. So I am using Sprites -> Diffuse shader. It works well on unity editor. But when I run it on a mobile device, frame rate drops a lot and it lags.
Quad's scale 20x20x1. I am using a png image as the material's albedo. I also tried to use a plane 3d object. But Sprite -> Diffuse shader is not working on Plane object. Nothing is showing (empty) when I use that shader for plane object.
I am a beginner. Hope this community helps me.
