New created scene makes current scene brighten up

When I create a new scene, the open scene becomes bright. Nothing with the directional light changed at all. In the new scene, it isn't turning bright but when I make another new scene it does.

Does anyone know what caused this?

I just renamed my project folder, does renaming the project folder cause this?
