Terrain Texture Problem

Every once and a while I get this weird problem and I have no idea what is causing it. It only happens on terrain textures and happens on both my desktop and laptop in the editor. The game is for Android if that makes a difference, and the Android build has this as well. Is it a problem with Unity importing the texture?
