Weird animation problem (FBX)
Hi everyone !
I am working on my first real game and I am making some progress, but I have a problem I can't seem to be able to solve on my own.
I animated a character using 3ds max (Skin modifier) and while everything is fine on max, the animation is very weird when exported into Unity.
I tried different version of FBX (2009, 2006...) but the problem remains.
The animation seems reversed, some things work fine, other don't move (like the arms, or legs), the body moves instead of the legs etc...
Any idea ?

The animation is exported with the model? Not separately?
