Device.Present creates huge freezes

Hello I use Unity3D Pro 3.4.2f3 and have some problems. We create a game level and it works fine almost all time (actually camera has baked animation created in 3D-animation software and imported by fbx), but there are several moments in game where freezes happens. Profiler said its because of Device.Present. And it all happens in standalone build. If I try to check it in editor there is no freeze and profiler show no Device.Present anomaly Please, help me find out the source of the problem (what it could be?)

I would just upgrade to 3.5 which puts rendering in a different thread. This solved some of my glitches.
