Every touch input do not work on 'VEGA Secret Note'

Every touch input do not work on 'VEGA Secret Note' product of Pantech(KOR). ==> VEGA Secret Note(IM-A890S, Android 4.4.2 )
It has no problem with 5.6.1p3 but it happened after 5.6.1p4(=Also 5.6.2)
