Turning On Camera Flash in Windows Phone

I want to make a flashlight kind of app. I used Vuforia's plugin in Android and iOS and they are working fine in both, except some loading time lag in Android devices. Since Vuforia doesn't support Windows yet, I want to know a way to make the flash toggle in Windows Phone.
