IP Banned from Unity Forums?
I was wondering if someone could contact a Mod at the unity forums for me?
I had signed up for an account, and
made my first post (it was a simple question about something since I was just starting out)
I did some more searching on the net and I found the answer to my question
So I deleted my question thread.
And then the next time I tried to go to the unity forums, I was IP banned. "You have been banned for the following reason: Spam." That was the only post I ever made. I'm not sure what happened, maybe I was misidentified as a spammer or something because of the deleted thread? I am not entirely sure.
Is this something that could be rectified? Or am I out of look? Who would I contact?
Thank you and apologies if this is the wrong place, but I cannot even access the unity forums site.
You can spell correctly and are polite. I'd let you back in. Not sure how though... Good luck.

i´m in the same problem :(
I can't even find your username on the forums. Also you posted an answer to this question. This (Unity Answers) is a Q&A site. If you have a question about the UnityAnswers or the Forums, ask a question in the meta space. Also if you use a different name on the forums you should mention it.

That sounds like a mistake to me. O_O
The Unity forums login/user system should be united with unity answers through UDN, actually. So the mods you contact through Answers are supposed to be able to help with the forum, too.
Their FAQ says to contact support if there's a problem with your UDN account, so that's my advice, too:

How do i file a complaint? I ask simple questions and posted 3 recently on three separate topics. Suddenly I come back to ask about another issue, and i get "You have been banned for the following reason: Rules violations Rules violations." What the heck? What rules? This is becoming a continual issue and i need to know who to contact.
