Light Glare Effects
Hello again. I have yet another question to help improve my racing game. I would like to know how do I make light glare effects in Unity. I'm talking about glare from the headlights of the car like on Asphalt 8 or NFS MW. What I notice about the glare is that the way they look is like they were being watched through actually glass producing a glare. What I also notice is that the further or closer the light source is from the camera the glare reduces or increases. Please someone point me in the right direction here because it would really help me make my game look more professional. Thanks.
Do you mean like these? (I know its a car paint asset, but I really love the dev's flares)
Yeah something like that but spending is not an option for me. But thanks for the reply.

I believe you're describing lens flare, not glare.
He says it is for a car headlight which means he can't use lens flares because those are based on sun rotation.
True, but they also describe the effect as if "being watched through glass", which sounds like the internal refraction by a lens simulated by the lens flare effect....
