Inventory with a Database
Hi, we are making a game in which we need the players inventory to be saved to a database, so that if they join the server later on, it will download their gear so they can continue where they left off. We have a working Inventory system and our game has multiplayer setup and working. Could anyone guide me in the right direction as to how i would setup the connection, then get the players gear, and how i could send the inventory to the database whenever the player picked up an item, or dropped an item. Cheers.
