Substance Materials not updating with SVN
Hi when we upload a project with svn the substance materials do not update and we are left with pink objects in our scene if someone tries to load the project from svn. Has anyone else had this problem and is there any fixes for it?

If you used the proscribed Substance workflow and created "child" Substances using the + button ("Add Substance from Prototype"), then those child Substances are not stored in the *.sbsar files at all. I found that the only file of note that changes at all when you add a new child substance is the assetDatabase3 file in the Library folder. Since that file is often not under version control (since no one could work simultaneously if it was, these Substances disappear regularly. Unity asset server seems to handle it via frickin magic, but Unity 3.5 has this broken and it is driving us crazy right now with child Substances that vanish for no reason, but opening Unity. It seems to be a bug that I am trying to isolate and report right now. -Ken =]

In our case, the + and duplicate buttons fail to do anything at all. I've started a thread on the Allegorithmic forums:
