Every Time I Run Unity all is well until i Open the asset store it runs but so slow

Every Time I Run Unity all is well until i Open the asset store it runs but so slow. I've looked on the web but some of the fixes did not work for me like Changing from DX 11 to DX 9 and deleting my internet temp files I'm at a loss here and i Dont Know what to do. PS I'm Running unity 5.3

Restarting Unity makes it go away though, right?

nope I even uninstalled it still did not fix the issue

I fixed it All i did was up date to the beta that did not fix 5.3 but the Beta runs Fine so far
