Learning Unity 3D and 2D basics

Hi,

I am new to Unity 3D. I would like to learn all the basic concepts from scratch. I want to get my basics clear. I have developed a FPS using 3D aspect but i would like to do everything thoroughly. Can anyone guide me or point me to a link for video tutorials ? It would be great help.
