How to prevent Unity from deleting additional Projects in Solution
Is there a way to prevent unity from overwriting the monodevelop solution every time a new Script is added? I'm trying to add a NUnit Project under the same solution, but it keeps on getting nuked.

The solution is always re-created when it's changed in the Unity editor. I don't believe there is anyway around this. Can you just add the NUnit code to the the project inside the editor? Create a separate folder and add the code there.

Dave is right, you can't prevent this, however you can simply save anothersolution which uses the same projects ;) Of course if Unity adds another project it won't be part of your personal solution.
I don't get it what is unity deleting I have 5 separate projects and non is deleted
