Copying File Failed (124)? Unity won't open
When I download and install Unity I always get stopped with this:
What can I do to resolve it? I'm not even able to go into the program and do anything, this was the first install of the program on this machine. I have already tried deleting it and reinstalling many times. Any ideas?

Check your available hard drive space.
if you have enough then you may need administrator permissions to do that copy.
I have plenty of space. How would I do the copy as an ad$$anonymous$$istrator? I should already be, but is there some special thing I have to do?
Right click the file and then click "Run As Ad$$anonymous$$istrator".
if you have ad$$anonymous$$istrator permissions and this Windows Vista or later, then right click on the Untiy icon on your desktop and select "Run as Ad$$anonymous$$istrator"
Alright I ran as ad$$anonymous$$istrator, but it didn't change anything. Any other ideas?

I know this probably isn't what you want to hear, but reinstalling unity should work.
