Animations not showing correctly

Question

Hey guys, I took a Rendered pic from 3ds max to show how model looks in 3ds max and I took a pic in Unity and the Animation doesn't show correctly in Unity, I can't figure out why it's doing this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like your issue is with the root bone and adjacent vertices of it are moved by that root bone. Watch this video for the solution.
