Audio group problem at standalone

hello

I got a problem at statndalone version

When I tested at editor is okay, but if I make version then it's unnormal

symtoms is like this:

many audio groups loaded ( even doesnt have load script code)

I played one audio source ,but I can heard multiple audio sound like howling, but I dont use audio effect

my unity version is 5.1.2

as you see follow picture

almost 300 audio groups loaded. how can fix this?

I created 1 Audio $$anonymous$$ixer asset.
Q: Why do you have so many Audio $$anonymous$$ixers in your project?
A: You may have accidentally duplicated your first audio mixer asset multiple times.

If I duplicate my Audio $$anonymous$$ixer asset 10 times it looks like this:

The 600+ Audio Clip Count also seems very heavy. I'm not sure where this comes from.

The howling sound can come from multiple audiosources playing the same audio clip at the same time. But then it would be the same in the editor.
