Hexagonal Grid equal distances
I made a Hexgonal tile from a 6 sided cylinder and exported it with the pivot in the centre but I can not get equal distances between them.
I click the game objects and get their parent, an empty game object in the centre. All 0,0,0 and then prefabbed and copied. But in some directions the distance is not uniform.
I have no idea why it would be doing this as the empty is centred and the fbx exported perfectly
What sorts of coordinates are you getting? Have you checked to see if the radii are equivalent by applying the Pythagorean theorem?
