How do I create a climb/clambering animation for Unity, in 3DS Max?
Hi there.
I'm creating a set of animations for my game character in 3DS Max. I'm not having a problem with the run, walk, idle animations, but I want to create a clambering/climbing motion as well which I'm not too sure how to approach. The character has to jump up to grab a ledge, then pull himself up to that level. Do I actually animate the characters center of gravity up to that level or do I animate just limb motion and keep the center of gravity at the same level as the rest of the animation time line and control the climb level in unity? I hope this all makes sense. Any suggestions will be really helpful.
