How to learn c sharp fast?

What is the best (and also the fastest) way to learn c sharp programming (not specificly for Unity, but just everything about c sharp). I understand programming logic in java and c/c++/c# but I just don't know the syntax and the use of it. Any good tutorials? Thanks!
