Monodevelop 4.0.1 lags

I switched to Unity 4.3.4. OS - windows8. There is a delay during typing sometimes. Delay is about half second. I observed MD in task manager. It turns out that MD eats performance very aggressivly during typing. It doesn't happen all the time but this is very annoying.

I've already disabled version control add-ins. It didn't help.

What should I switch off?
