Drag and Drop button on Mobile (Messenger style)

Hi,

I'd like to do a button like the one used for chat in facebook messenger application (the one that is popped up and you have to drag and drop in the "x" to destroy it). I've been searching, but i neither know the specific name of that kind of button.

In other words, i want to do a button that if you press it for a short time it does the onClick() event, but if you keep pressing it you can drag&drop it.
