Microsoft Visual C# Compiler error

I am repeatedly getting this error every time I open any Project in my Unity Hub
I have no C# scripts in my project even a blank project gets the same error. It says "Microsoft (R) Visual C# Compiler version 3.5.0-dev-20359-01 (8da8ba0c) Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved." alt text

I really need help, I am constantly looking for a solve of this error and there is nothing. The description I get for this is the same as the error name.
