If I publish game to google play store, can people find my unity id details such as email, firstname, etc? Can I publish game under nickname so people could not find my personal details?
No, I don't think anyone could find those details. Not unless you make it public yourself. Unity probably has a way to tell for their own internal purposes, but for end users, no.
