The sprite editor renders images weird

My sprite editor is not working right, am I doing something wrong?

Please if anybody can help it is greatly appreciated.

Also no 'same here' comments, I just want help.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found the solution, all I had to do was to rather than compress the image, make it 16 bit.
